Classes Free To Members
Cranleigh Golf & Country Club boasts one of the busiest studio timetables in the South East of England with around 60 group workout/mind & body classes, over 12 aqua & poolates classes, and almost 90 studio cycling classes running each week.
Classes are offered to members of the club at no additional cost and can be booked either by phone, at reception or online in the comfort of your home.
We cater for all ages, abilities and fitness levels – so whether you are just starting out on your fitness journey, are super fit, or simply want to rejuvenate with some relaxing yoga, there is something for everyone.
We regularly change our timetable to ensure we are offering what our members want and always appreciate your feedback.
GROUP WORKOUT CLASSES
These are held in our Aerobic Studio which is a bright, modern studio, air conditioned room with fully sprung-floors, floor-to-ceiling mirrors and all the equipment you need. We have a wide range of cardio, conditioning/toning and high intensity classes to choose from.
MIND & BODY CLASSES
Our dedicated Yoga/Pilates studio is perfectly set up for Mind & Body classes. With floor-to-ceiling mirrors, mats, bolsters, blocks, yoga belts and Pilates bands there is everything you need to make your class enjoyable. Our range of classes is one of the widest in the area offering everything from beginners to more advanced Yoga & Pilates students.
STUDIO CYCLING CLASSES
Studio cycling classes can be a great way to get in a vigorous workout – burning calories and keeping your muscles in shape – especially during the off-season. Our dedicated cycling studio is cooled to 16 degrees and has some of the most up-to-date bikes available on the market.
