As a new member to the club, you’ll receive a full induction into the workings of the gym and the gym equipment. The aim is to ensure that you are comfortable in the surroundings, understand what each piece of equipment does and confident in your usage of the machines.
Following this, one of our qualified Exercise Coaches will provide a full health check and gain an in-depth assessment of your exercise history and your goals for the future. Whether you’ve never stepped foot into a gym before, or are an experienced gym user, our team will set you on a programme designed exclusively to your own aims and objectives. Weight loss, cardiovascular improvement, pre and post natal fitness – whatever your goals your progamme will be tailored to meet them.
Thereafter our Exercise Coaches will provide six to eight weekly re-assessments, reviewing the progress already made and setting you on a further course of focused, tailor-made workouts.
