If you do one thing in your life today, read this and take action!
As winter arrives and the dark nights arrive sooner, it is important to look at how we can stay active and motivated throughout the winter season.
The tendency is that because of the darker, colder nights that it seems acceptable and perfectly normal to slow yourself down and watch the days disappear until Spring arrives. It’s time to think differently! Fast forward to April 2017, what people forget to remind themselves, is that your goal is just sitting there. Whatever it may be, it is your choice whether you act upon it, or follow the crowd and get in the loop of achieving very little. Our advice to you is very simple; decide what you want, flip the script, redefine yourself and leave people asking how you do what you do.
It’s not hard to adopt this attitude. You just decide what you want and become dedicated to it. Whether that goal is to become fitter, be better at a sport or to improve in the workplace. Take a no excuses policy and just watch how your life will change around. You will admire yourself more, become more disciplined and most importantly get momentum in your favour to be the person you want to be.
So how do we start? Pretty simple really. Write your goal, put it in a position you can see it everyday and underneath it write ‘to be reviewed 1st April, NO EXCUSES.’
You will be surprised who you will meet, attract into your life and influence into making life changing actions, with just challenging the status quo, and all of this in 5 months.
So lets get started, and become the person we have nothing but admiration for. You owe it to yourself.
