Our CCG-PTs are all REPs (Register of Exercise Professionals) registered and trained to the highest standard, giving you confidence in their knowledge and ability. Specialists in their field our CCG- PT team is a unique blend of exercise professionals brought together to support every member no matter what their goal. With years of experience we are confident that our trainers have what it takes to inspire you to train smarter and achieve more.

Personal training has long been considered a luxury afforded only by the rich and famous but is now regarded a necessity if exercise goals and real long term change is to be achieved. Andrew Turner

As a type 1 diabetic since his early teens, Andrew has personally seen the benefits of specific exercise, nutrition and lifestyle choices to manage his condition.

As a result, Andrew has committed himself to training clients suffering from health-related conditions and has qualified as a GP Referral specialised trainer forging close working relationships with GPs and Physiotherapists in and around the Horsham area.

Andrew has a determination to see members, otherwise overlooked by conventional exercise programming, overcome their limitations and achieve their goals.

Annie Campbell

Annie is a highly qualified, fully committed and thoroughly professional trainer with more than 10 years’ experience in one-to-one training.

A good communicator and listener, who is motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about exercise and achieving the best results for her clients, Annie believes that exercise should be a fun and enjoyable experience and uses this to inspire both herself and her clients to train harder and achieve more.

CRAIG MARRISON

Craig is an associated UKSCA coach and former semi- professional footballer.

Taking his inspiration from training developed for athletes Craig has developed a style of training that improves mobility, stability and ‘total’ strength.

His clients enjoy feeling stronger and more capable performing otherwise impossible exercises and looking good in the process.

JILLY WRIGHT

An experienced and passionate fitness professional, Jilly knows how determination and commitment can change people’s lives and will provide all the support you’ll need to reach your fitness goals.

Jilly holds a BSc (hons) degree in a Sports Science and has more than seven years’ experience.

Jilly has trained a variety of clients from amateur athletes, to those just beginning their fitness journey and everything in between.

Whatever your goal, Jilly is able to help by passing on the skills and knowledge obtained through her own training and education.

LOUISA SHAYLER

As a busy working mum, Louisa encourages her clients to ‘turn your life into a workout’ creating fun yet challenging, inspiring workouts- achieving amazing results.

With 14 years experience in the health and fitness industry and a qualified sports injury massage therapist, she understands how to structure and complete many different ways of exercising to help her clients set realistic goals.

She specialises in all stages of rehabilitation, pre/post natal exercise, total beginners and re-starters looking to boost their motivation.

MATT SIMS

Matt gained a degree in Sports Science at the University of Nottingham and a Masters Degree in Sports Biomechanics at the University College Chichester.

A specialist in his chosen field, Matt has travelled to Australia and worked with athletes at all levels including the 2006 Australian Commonwealth Team. Applying biomechanics to his own training Matt has been able to successfully complete nine marathons, conquer Mount Kilimanjaro, the Inca Trail and more recently a run across Scotland totalling 134 miles in just five days!

DAN RAGLESS

Dan is a committed and approachable fitness professional with a firsthand understanding of the benefits of regular exercise.

After being diagnosed with hyper-flexibility following a kickboxing grading, Dan began exercising in the gym to ensure that this condition had minimal impact on his life.

A firm believer that long-lasting, sustainable results come through exercise, healthy nutrition and a balanced lifestyle, Dan likes to encourage his clients to reach their full potential and achieve their goals.
