We run instructor led classes, MyRide virtual & instructor led classes, and monthly fitness tests. Some classes use the visual imagery to keep you motivated, whereas other have either a live or a virtual instructor to guide you. All you’ll need is workout clothes, a towel (to wipe your face) and a water bottle. Training shoes, or cycling shoes with SPD (SH56 or SH51) cleats can be worn.
Our new Coach By Color® system has five colored training zones: white, blue, green, yellow and red linked to WattRate® (Power), Functional Threshold WattRate® (FTW), or Heart Rate Max (HRM). These zones enable you to maximize your workout and get the best customised result.
Studio cycling classes can be a great way to get in a vigorous workout – burning calories and keeping in shape – especially during the off-season. Our dedicated cycling studio is cooled to 16 degrees and has some of the most up-to-date bikes available on the market.
MyRide Tour Coach
Terrain-focused footage from all over the world paired with chart-quality music and world-class voice-over coaching delivers fun yet fierce workouts. The exclusive, speed interacting scenery is stunning. You ride it like you see it using the ‘coach by color’ system to guide you through your workout. There are two different class formats.

MyRide Studio Coach
The on-screen coach gives you a workout to deliver results. Riding to world-class instruction and chart-quality music you will get fitter, faster and stronger – and love every minute of it. There are three different programme formats guided by the virtual coach.
15 minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts to maximize your results while reducing training time.

50 minute coached ride with guidance throughout

45 minute instructor led ride to the jaw-dropping scenery.
