With an impressive career spanning over 15yrs in the golf industry, Eliot brings a wealth of experience and a passion for the game to the club.
Having started his love for golf at the age 7, Eliot was a junior member at Richmond working hard to gaining a +3 handicap. Playing county golf through his junior years Eliot turned professional in his mid 20’s and has become a great coach through his working career.
Eliot has most recently been working with The Wokingham Family Golf centre, where he served as the lead instructor, specialising with induvial coaching, junior and beginner classes and custom fitting.
Prior to his tenure at Wokingham, Eliot honed his skills at Sunningdale Heath Golf Club, where he further developed his coaching abilities and contributed to the growth of junior golf programs.
Eliot’s extensive coaching experience also includes roles as the Surrey U’15’S Golf Coach at Bletchingley Golf Club and Surrey JAGS Coach at Sandown Golf Centre. His expertise in delivering individual and group coaching sessions, conducting on-course assessments, and providing golf psychology sessions has positively impacted golfers of all ages and skill levels.
Before joining Cranleigh Golf & Country Club, Eliot spent 7 years at Burhill Golf Club, where he served in various capacities, including PGA Professional, Retail Manager, Interim Head Professional, and Head Assistant Professional. His multifaceted role involved managing retail operations, overseeing golf operational needs, and delivering exceptional coaching experiences to members and guests.
Eliot’s journey in the golf industry began at Pyrford Golf Club, where he gained valuable skills as a PGA Trainee and Head Assistant. He established and grew the junior section, implemented innovative coaching programs, and organised successful events that enhanced member engagement.

How to book?
To book your child on the Junior Academy please send an email stating: Name, Age and which of the groups you would like, to: pro@cranleighcountryclub.co.uk
