- Agreement to commence on Tuesday 1 May 2021.
- 1 x 4 ball per week
- No green fee payment.
- Reciprocals may be requested no more than 2 weeks in advance, but will only be processed 14 days prior to the date.
- All players visiting must be named.
- Booking of reciprocals may only be made through the Pro Shop 01202 578275
- Reciprocals can be booked Mon-Fri after 1.00pm.
- Every request will be dealt with on a first come basis.

Mid Sussex Golf Club
- Cranleigh Golf & Country Club members with the correct membership privileges play free of charge on the reciprocal golf scheme at the below times. In addition, 7-day members may book and play free of charge after 1pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Reciprocal golf tee times may be booked up to a maximum of 5 days in advance.
- All bookings are subject to reciprocal golf availability. Each course can restrict reciprocal rights to a maximum of 5 tee times per day at the following times:
- Mon-Fri after 12pm, weekends after 1pm
- Full membership details (found on the membership card) must be provided at the time of booking, (any queries/concerns to be communicated directly back to the parent club)
- Failure to declare that the booking is under reciprocal golf scheme at the time of booking and/or failure to provide valid membership details will render the booking invalid and result in the full visitor green fee being applied.
- Guests accompanying members using the reciprocal golf scheme will receive a Members guest rate discount.

Boundary Lakes Golf Club

- Bookings can be made a maximum of 7 days prior to the day of play. ALL members names to be provided and any guest playing with a reciprocal club member will be charged the respective Members Guest Fee.
- Two fourballs per week Monday – Fridays, subject to availability.
- Reciprocal arrangement is to provide a benefit to respective members and therefore does not include any larger groups playing as a society.
- On the day of play all players are to check in to the Professional Shop, where there may be asked for proof of membership. All players enjoying the reciprocal benefit are to be encouraged to use the catering facilities at the host club.
- Any reciprocal club of Boundary Lakes Golf Club to help accommodate one off events; Pro-Am, Charity Day etc. will be able to enjoy additional tee bookings for their members on such days, subject to availability. This can be reciprocated and to be agreed in advance.
- No charge to members for using the reciprocals
- If any reciprocal club believes the agreement is being abused or has any concern whatsoever these must be raised to the respective Secretary/Manager
Milford Golf Club
